ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagangai District, to be taken on file of the charge sheet dated 21.11.2019 filed in First Information Report No.110 of 2016.
2. This Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai District, to offer her remarks with regard to not taking cognizance of the police report filed in Crime No.110 of 2016 of the first respondent. Thereafter, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai, vide letter in D.No.2166/2020 dated 31.12.2020, submitted that the final report filed by the first respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14693 of 2020 Crime No.110 of 2020 was taken on file in C.C.No.111 of 2020 against the accused persons. Recording the same, This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.111 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
