ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case in Crime No.20 of 2021 on the file of the Thiruchuli Police Station is registered as against one Puviarasan for the offence under Section 4(1)(a) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and the petitioner is not an accused in that case.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) that in Crime No.20 of 2021 on the file of the Thiruchuli Police Station, the petitioner is not an accused, this petition is dismissed.
