This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 543 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Though the reason is not satisfactorily explained, in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) towards costs to the Anbagam, DRO Colony, Madurai (A/c.No. 1012101008800, Canara Bank, Tallakulam Branch, IFSC Code No.CNRB0001012) on or before 27.11.2025.
