This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.17/Ka.Aa/Ko.Ka.Ni./2022, dated 26.07.2022 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal, consequently, directing the respondent No.1 to grant permission to the petitioner and his association members to conduct the peaceful procession from Kodaikanal Kalaiarngam to Revenue Divisional Office, Kodaikanal to bring attention on refusal to register documents pertaining to DKT and UDR DKT patta properties in Kodaikanal on 05.08.2022. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police gave permission to the petitioner and his association members for conducting the procession on 05.08.2022 from Kodaikanal Kalaiarngam to Revenue Divisional Office, Kodaikanal to draw the attention of the Government. 2 / 4
