CRL OP(MD). No.11517 of 2019 3.The defacto complainant got married to the petitioner only on 31.08.2018. Their marital relationship has brokendown. The defacto complainant has levelled serious allegations of physical torture at the hands of the petitioner herein. Therefore, I am not inclined to grand anticipatory bail and the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
