Prayer: To permit the appellant to file appeal suit against the decree and Judgment passed in OS No.239 of 2021 on the file Honourable District Court, Karur as an indigent person under the provisions of order XLIV of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and thus render justice.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) The petitioner herein filed A.S.(MD)No.SR8032 of 2025 in indigent capacity. This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to withdraw the said prayer.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the son of the petitioners herein has come forward to remit the court fee. This civil miscellaneous petition is allowed in the following terms:- (a) The petitioners are permitted to pay the prescribed court fee and thereupon, the Registry shall number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
