ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned sale deed. The petitioner has already given a complaint before the second respondent. He wants time bound action to be taken in terms of the circular issued by the IG of Registration.

4. No exception can be taken to the petitioner's request. The second respondent shall enquire into the petitioner's complaint on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. 2/4
