ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.

2.The petitioners have filed revision petition before the first respondent questioning the inclusion of the names of the respondents 4 and 5 in the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned property. They seek speedy disposal of the same.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order on the petition mentioned revision petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. The first respondent will put the respondents 4 and 5 on notice before passing final order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
