Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to look into the grievance of the petitioner expressed in the representation dated 30.07.2019 and thereby grant permission to conduct the "Aadal Padal Programme" on 21.08.2019 at about 07.00 to 11.00 p.m. to the Village Temple Festival namely "Arulmigu Sri Kannimaramman Petchi Sadachiyamman Tottichiyamman Karuppasamy Thirukovil Festival, which is situates in our Karur District, Kadavoor Taluk, Valvaarmangalam Village, Kaspa Vaalvarmangalam. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the "Aadal Padal Programme" on 21.08.2019 at about 07.00 to 11.00 p.m. in the Village Temple Festival namely "Arulmigu Sri Kannimaramman Petchi Sadachiyamman Tottichiyamman Karuppasamy Thirukovil Festival at Karur District, Kadavoor Taluk, Valvaarmangalam Village, Kaspa Vaalvarmangalam.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondent Police has already granted permission to the petitioner to conduct the "Aadal Padal Programme".

3.Recording the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. No costs.
