O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to measure the petitioner's property and also subdivide the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the land in Survey No.301/8 situated at Chettinaickenpatti Village, Dindigul District is originally belongs to her husband and during his life time, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

W.P.(MD)No.17880 of 2019 sold three cents to some third parties. For the remaining portion, the petitioner wants a separate patta. Hence, she made a representation to the second respondent. But the same was not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

4. Considering the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2019 and pass suitable orders on the same on merits after issuing notice to the rival parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
