2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph No.5, the name of the Court has been wrongly mentioned as "learned Judicial Magistrate" instead of "The Principal Sessions Court Exclusive Trial of Offences punishable under EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai".
