This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to prevent the quarrying of sand in Survey No.16 and 17 A.Veppankulam Village and in Survey Nos.323 & 324 of Appanur Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering his representation dated 19.10.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader has fairly submitted that the subject matter on hand has already been decided by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.24195 of 2016 dated 16.12.2016.
