Challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 29.04.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.1055 of 2022 and the consequential pre-sale notice of the second respondent, dated 05.07.2022, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that possession has been taken by the second respondent Bank and therefore, he seeks liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for getting the appropriate relief.

3.In view of the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in the manner known to law. No costs.
