Patta transfer orders dated 06.07.2024 and 10.09.2024 are challenged in this writ petition primarily on the ground that such orders were issued in breach of principles of natural justice.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar issued the impugned patta transfer orders removing the name of the petitioner from the patta and issuing a separate patta in the name of the sixth respondent for land in Survey No.329.
3. Both learned Special Government Pleader and learned counsel for the fifth and sixth respondents admit that the impugned orders were issued without notice to the petitioner and without an opportunity being provided.

4. In view thereof, these orders cannot be sustained and are hereby set aside. As a corollary, the matter is remanded for reconsideration. After providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein, a speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All contentions are kept open for all parties. Until such time, the Tahsildar shall not effect any further mutations of the revenue records relating to the subject property.
5. This writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 28.10.2025 NCC :No Internet :Yes Index :No PKN 3/5
