The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the Page No. 1 of 4
petitioner's application dated 07.06.2017. The said application was taken on file by the respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/9411/2018 dated 03.08.2022. However, the said application has not been disposed of by the respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to dispose of the said application within a stipulated time.
2. Since the petitioner's application has been pending from the year 2017 without being considered, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application, which was taken on file in Na.Ka.A2/9411/2018 dated 03.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
