ORDER

You can be young without money but you can't be old without it. ..Tennessee Williams https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ So pleads the petitioners, praying for disbursement of retirement benefits.

The petitioners 1 to 9 worked as Checking Inspector; the petitioners 10 and 11 worked as Senior Foremen and the 12th petitioner worked as an Office Superintendent in the respondent corporation and they retired from service in the year 2012 on reaching the age of superannuation.

2.The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to pay the retirement benefits. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners and to pass orders.

4.In view of the submission made, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 06.05.2016, 28.06.2016 and 06.10.2016 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
