PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the Respondent to file the final report in Crime No. 474 of 2021 dated 18.07.2021 on the file of the Respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.474 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Because of the claim of exorbitant interest, the case has been registered on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner in Crime No.474 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a find report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
