ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to register the complaint in the light of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Cr.MP.No.4641/2021 dated 29.12.2021 as against the proposed accused and proceed the same as per law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.455 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, in view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition,
3. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
