O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner is said to be working as an Assistant Professor. He belongs to scheduled caste community. According to him, he is unable to go into his native village on account of the obstruction created by the third respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has given complaint to the second respondent. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the second respondent on 27.11.2021 at 11.00 am. The second respondent shall look into the petitioner's complaint and act as per law.
