ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents Police to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's son has borrowed money from the 3rd respondent, who is the money lender, for which, he is harassing the petitioner and his family members.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police, which was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.96 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024 and they have conducted enquiry calling upon the money lender and also advised them. The petitioner has also given a 2/4

statement before the respondent that he is satisfied with the enquiry conducted.

4. In the event, if any further offence is committed, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Police Station.
