RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court by an order dated 01.07.2019 passed in Crl.MP.No.3659 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.419 of 2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAJESHWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.M.P (MD)No.3659 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.419 of 2018 dated 01.07.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3659 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.419 of 2018 on 01.07.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that he has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3659 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7307 of 2019 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.419 of 2018 on 01.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
