(MD) No. 2921 of 2019 dated 26.02.2019 on the file of this Honourable Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 2921 of 2019 dated 26.02.2019 , for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

This Court on 11.07.2019 has passed the following order: "This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2921 of 2019 on 26.02.2019. This is the second extension petition, hence this Court is of the view that the petitioner shall be directed to pay a sum of Rs.2000/-(Rupees Two thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund for entertaining this petition .

2. Hence the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2000/-(Rupees Two thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund on or before 21.08.2019.

3. Post the case before this Court on 22.08.2019"

As per the order passed by this Court on 14.08.2019, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.2000/-(Rupees Two thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund on 19.08.2019 and he has also filed a memo to that effect before this Court, hence this petition is entertained. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the time granted by this Court in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 2921 of 2019 dated 26.02.2019 for surrendering before the concerned Magistrate and executing bail bond is further extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
