ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in respect of case in Crime No.447 of 2015, pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and final report is yet to be filed.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
