Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner herein had carried out certain works with the respondents. However, his bill amount had not been settled. Hence this writ petition came to be filed.

3. There is no dispute that certain outstanding amount is payable to the writ petitioner. The respondents seek time to make payment. The respondents are granted five months time to pay the outstanding balance amount to the petitioner herein. This writ petition stands allowed.
