ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner. 2.According to the petitioner, he is a local cable T,V. Operator in and around B.Mettur And Uppiliapuram Town Panchayats, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District. Now, based on a complaint given by the rival operators, the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted no complaint is pending against the petitioner as on date. He would further submit that there is no harassment by the respondent police as alleged by the petitioner.
