This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 & 4 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a complaint before the first respondent on 19.04.2022 to take action against the respondents 3 & 4 and the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the given by the petitioner, the Law Enforcing Agency conducted enquiry and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, on 30.01.2023 and the same is not yet taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. 4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed.
