ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent and his personnel, not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
