RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition made in Para 5(6) of the order dated 18.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.11120 of 2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 AM until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.LAWARANCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11120 of 2021, dated 18.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 10.09.2021, without fail.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
