from the date of the Petitioners joining dated 08.09.2010, regarding qualification Physical Education and Acquiring Higher Qualification i.e., M.PEd., M.Phil and also within time frame stipulated by this Court. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No. 238/2025 dated 22.12.2025 whereby the petitioner was asked to submit his explanation as to why the increment that was granted for having acquired M.Phil., qualification with effect from 08.09.2010 shall not be shifted to 13.10.2016. In response to the said show cause notice, the petitioner has already submitted his explanation on 03.06.2026 and the same is yet to be considered by the respondents and admittedly, no final order has been passed by the respondents pursuant to the impugned proceedings.
2. In the circumstances, this writ petition is premature and therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same. However, the third respondent shall consider the explanation submitted by the 2/4
petitioner on 03.06.2026 and then pass appropriate orders pursuat to the impugned show cause notice.
3. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.06.2026 CM TO
