This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to complete the investigation in CSR Receipt No.279/2022 dated 17.04.2022 and in Na.Ka.No.207/Ni.Mo.Tha.Bi/2022. 2.When the case came up for hearing today, 18.10.2022, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents would submit that the Writ Petition in cases of this nature is not maintainable, as per the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of The State of Maharashtra and others Vs. Greatship (India) Limited reported in 2022 LiveLaw (SC) 784.
