*********** [Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that his sister Nivetha, aged about 27 years went missing from 27.07.2022 and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure him. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition with the above prayer. 2.Today, Mr.V.Aathimoolam, [Mob. No.: 9443780877], Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Sethubavasathiram Police Station, Thanjavur District, is present before this Court. The police also produced Nivetha before us.
3.When we enquired her, she inter alia stated that her date of birth is 15.05.1995; she is 26 years old; she is working as a Teacher; she left home to get married to one Vinodhagan @ Prasanna and they got married on 28.07.2022 at Tiruchendure. She further stated that she is not in the illegal custody of anyone. 2/4
4.Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
