For Bail Crime No.1453 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 24.10.2024 and the requisition letter of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai, vide letter in D.No. 92, dated 01.02.2025, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.244 of 2021 pending on the file of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai. 2.The learned Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases 1/3

under NDPS Act, Madurai sent a letter, dated 01.02.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.244 of 2021 pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 30.07.2024.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.244 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
