Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct survey and mark the boundaries of the property in Survey No. 74/4B2A to an extent of 0.11.05 Ares (28 cents) situated in Peravoorani 1 Bit Village, Peravoorani Union, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District, and to provide sketch for the same, by considering petitioner's representation, dated 03.06.2025, in accordance with law.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of her property situate in Survey No.74/4B2A with an extent of 0.11.05 Ares (28 cents), in Peravoorani 1 Bit Village, Peravoorani Union, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering her representation, dated 03.06.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, she purchased the above mentioned property under two sale deeds, dated 18.08.2022 and 06.02.2023. Patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No. 2130. She submitted an online application on 19.12.2024 in Application No. 2024/0123/21/006213, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, she has come before this Court.
3. The Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the online application of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits within a time stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner, dated 19.12.2024, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner, neighbouring land owners, and other interested parties.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 26.06.2025 NCC :
