O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to secure the petitioner's son namely Mugunthan, S/o.Murugesan aged about 30 years and produce him or his body or corpus before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an authentic information has been received that the petitioner's son Mugunthan had arrived at Delhi Airport on 22.09.2024 by Flight No.UK-018 and had entered into India. The son of the petitioner was found missing from Delhi. The petitioner has not given any complaint before the jurisdictional police. He would further submit that there is no averment of illegal detention and hence the petitioner has to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this petition stands disposed of granting liberty to Page No.3 of 5
the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional authorities for appropriate relief.
