ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 11.11.2021 and 25.07.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Sub Judge, Usilampatti in D.No.267/2023, dated 27.03.2023, seeking further extension of 10 months time for dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.97/2021, (renumbered petition of H.M.O.P.No.343 of 2020) on the file of the Sub Court, Usilampatti, this Court made the following order:- By an order dated 11.11.2021, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.343 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.267/2023, dated 27.03.2023 with a request for further ten months time to comply with the order dated 11.11.2021 of this Court made in Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.425 of 2021.

3. One last opportunity is given. Being satisfied with the reasons given, the time is extended by 6 months to comply with the order dated 11.11.2021.
