Confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 25.02.2002 passed in O.S.No.127/92 and 16/96 by the Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram.
Prayer in SA No.553 of 2003 :- This Second Appeal is filed under section 100 of C.P.C.,against the judgment and decree dated 25.11.2002 in AS Nos.66 of 2001 on the file of Principal District Judge, Kanniyakumari District, Nagercoil, confirming the judgment and decree dated 21.03.2001 passed in OS No.25/1979, on the file of Sub Court, Kuzhithurai. ORDER:- These Petitions are coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Thanka Sivan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.D.S.Nedun Chezhian, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: "Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the order passed in SA No.697,698 and 553 of 2003, is set aside.
2.Registry is directed to restore the second Appeals to file and post before this Court on 11.06.2025."
