ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.05.2025, wherein the petitioner has requested the second respondent to adopt uniform practice of collecting/specifying service charge.

3. A reference has been made to the same on the tender notification issued for Ganapathipuram Town Panchayat, Idaikodu First Grande Town Panchayat, Kottaram Town Panchayat, Azhagappapuram First Grade Town Panchayat, and Nana Town Panchayat, wherein different rates of service charge has been 2/4

prescribed.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that the second respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.05.2025 and dispose of the same on merits.

5. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six
