ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has submitted an application for loan. The third respondent had processed and sent it to the second respondent. The second respondent had sent it to their head office for sanction of subsidy. Once sanction is received, the same will be uploaded and thereafter, the loan will be disbursed to the writ petitioner. The second respondent is directed to conclude the said exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
