ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. It appears that the 4th respondent had committed some irregularity while obtaining electricity connection for his premises. The petitioner apprehends that this will cast shadow on his rights. It is clarified that as and when the petitioner applies for electricity connection in respect of his land or premises, the acts committed by the fourth respondent shall not cast any cloud on the petitioner's rights.
3. With this declaration in favour of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
