O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry from interfering and desisting with the conduct of prayers in the house of the petitioner situated at house No. 25/93.A, Poothapillavilai, Kurumathur, Kuzhithurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11314 of 2019 the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
