ORDER

An undertaking affidavit has been filed by the petitioner in which, he has stated as follows:- "3.I submit that when the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing on 07.12.2021, I agreed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards interim maintenance and bear 50% of the Educational expenses towards my minor child and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct me to file an affidavit to that effect.

Accordingly, I file this affidavit undertaking to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards interim maintenance and 50% of Educational expenses for the minor child."

2.The Civil Revision Petition is, therefore, disposed of on the basis of the undertaking and the petitioner shall pay monthly maintenance of a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) and shall bear 50% of the educational expenses for the minor child. The mother shall provide necessary bills and other details in advance, so that the petitioner can make the necessary payment. The amount shall be paid to the mother, who shall undertake to pay school fees and other educational expenses for the child. Insofar as the monthly maintenance is concerned, this order shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.R.P.(PD) (MD) No.1447 of 2021 continue to be in force, till the child attains majority. Insofar as the educational expenses is concerned, this order shall continue to be in force, till the child finishes her education. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
