This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned proceedings of Item No.3 in Na.Ka.No.2371/14/D2 dated16.11.2015, passed by the 1st respondent and consequently directing the respondents to utilize M.P Fund in some other areas for the welfare of public at large.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
