ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the docket order dated 02.08.2022 passed in unnumbered interlocutory application in O.S.No.381 of 2008.
2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.381 of 2008. She has filed an interlocutory application to amend certain wrong entries made in the prayers. However, the trial Court, without numbering the same, returned the said interlocutory application. Aggrieved over the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.
3. Considering that the said interlocutory application has been filed to amend certain wrong entries made in the prayers, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the trial Court to number the said interlocutory application and decide the same on 2/4
merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
