Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. All that the writ petitioner wants is that the proceedings that have been initiated by the respondent should be expeditiously concluded.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. Based on the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, I direct the respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
