Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction for issuance of minibus permit.

W.P.(MD)No.17535 of 2019 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner's request has been rejected, vide order dated 12.11.2020. It is further stated that the rejection order has been sent to the petitioner by registered post. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The petitioner has to necessarily question the rejection order in the manner known to law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. The Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
