ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This petition is to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the appeal.

2. The petitioner is directed to deposit the entire amount within a period of four weeks. On such deposit being made, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned, failing to deposit the entire award amount within four weeks, the present application shall stand automatically cancelled without further reference to this Court. If the amount is paid within a period of four weeks, the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order.
