PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.not known, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was love affair between the defacto complainant and the first petitioner. The first petitioner promised the defacto complainant that he will marry her. But later he failed to do so. When the same was questioned, the petitioners threatened her and abused her in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.12095 of 2023 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent. They are not involved in any offence as alleged by the prosecution. But, he accepted the love affair between the defacto complainant and the first petitioner. He would further state that due to various reasons, the first petitioner is unable to marry her. But she has lodged a false case against the petitioners.

4.Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel proposed to file intervening petition on behalf of the defacto complainant. 5.After going through the complaint, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, even though proposal was made by the defacto complainant to intervene this case.

6.Let the above said enquiry be completed by the respondent police, by summoning the parties, within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. If the petitioners faces and trouble during the course of enquiry, they can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 7.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
