The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent herein under Section 7 of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

2.As against the said order, an effective alternative statutory appeal remedy is available under Section 7(7) of the Act. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority.
