ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC and ST Cases, Theni to accept surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day and merits in relating to Crime No.268 of 2024 dated 05.07.2024 on the file of the second respondent police.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the first respondent completed the investigation in Cr.No.268 of 2024 and final report is made ready as "Mistake of Fact".
