2.The the learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that there are encroachments in S.No.118/1 and 216/2 which are water bodies. She would further allege that the respondents 7 to 9 who are quarry operators are using the tank bund.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Madhavan, learned counsel for the quarry operators categorically stated that they are having their own independent pathway and that they would not use S.No.118/1 and 216/2. The learned Additional Government Pleader also adds that there are no other encroachments in the said water bodies. 4.Recording the undertaking of the respondents 7 to 9 and the stand of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
